Wedding stationery, fabulous & affordable.

It’s that time again… ‘Work together, Wednesday’

So, we are talking stationery, oh where to start?

There are so many ways you can use stationery in your wedding now from DIY to luxury and bespoke and literally everywhere in between. So why choose just one? Well that’s it you don’t have to you can pick and choose to suit the various areas of your wedding, adding personal touches where you like.

Our feature bride Emily (see previous blog ‘real bride, real wedding’) is doing just that, invitations have been sent and so we turn our attention to the day itself. From orders of service, table numbers, order of the day, seating plans, place names….the list goes on and how great is it now, that we can mix and match and choose and work with different suppliers to achieve Emily’s dream day.

As a wedding stylist and planner, I’m all about textures, patterns and design, so this is an excellent way of demonstrating that different elements, can work together and compliment each other whilst supporting several small businesses.

So, this week I am featuring Copper and confetti

Now I usually work with local suppliers where possible but this might have to be the best exception to the rule, Lauren owner & designer of Copper and confetti is a full-time handbag designer living in New York, what’s not love… right? We want your life Lauren.

As a recent Newlywed herself Lauren knows only too well the effort and expense of planning a wedding, so after her own wedding in September 2018, she found that she was really missing the planning part of it!

Lauren is a fellow creative type (love that) designing all things wedding related comes naturally, so opening an Etsy shop seemed like the perfect thing to do, we are so grateful you did.

It amazes me how so many people start on one journey and the road takes a different course and off you go, Lauren now offers printable portraits- her digital methods means she can create lots of different customizable options that a lot of other shops don’t have.

Whilst on the search for her own wedding, like so many brides Lauren found it hard finding exactly what she was looking for.

Keeping up to date with all the trends for bridal beauty, dress styles, bridesmaid colors etc and has made sure they are available for us to buy, yeah for us!!

Not only does Lauren design her stationery she can personalize her designs too, to add an even more unique aspect, all the florals you see in her pieces are hand painted,

which helps you bring a really, special touch to your wedding and an unforgettable day for your guests.

As a recent bride Lauren knows how stressful planning a wedding is, so her wish for all brides is that her designs not only bring beauty into the events surrounding the special day, but also help to make your lives easier.

I can’t wait to see Lauren’s designs come to life at Emily’s wedding in August this year and look forward to working together albeit across the seas. (hand bag designer…in NY, designing wedding stationery…most definitely want your life )
