Hello, I’m Ethan and the ‘son’…
I have been working in hospitality for 4 years and I really enjoy it, I graduated with my Level 3 in hospitality last year. I also work in a fine dining restaurant and I continually look to train in my field, I have just gained my personal license and I am now training to become a sommelier.
When I’m not working which isn’t often, I can be found hanging with my friends or chilling with Netflix a pizza and our 2 cats Jingles & Sox (Sox is mine) and I am almost certain he resents me for not be around so much.
I love an event and I love my family combine the two and it makes for fun times, I think if I didn’t work in the family business I may never see them, so everyone’s a winner.
